Our ministry has its history tied to the beginnings of our parish of Most Blessed Trinity; as the three churches unified under the direction of Father Gary Graf, there existed 3 parishional groups that celebrated the Guadalupe festivities. Under the direction of Father Daniel Harnet, the decision was made to unite the three groups and form the Marian Ministry that is in charge of serving in all Marian celebrations with the pastor. Originally, two of those celebrations included The Festivity of the Virgin of Guadalupe and The Festivity of Candelaria, the Virgin of Tonatico.

Father Miguel Orzua works with the different groups to unify the Marian Ministry and serve our community in a different way. It was in those years that the chapel of the Virgin Mary was opened and is currently located at Holy Family, where there are also various advocations to our Holy Mother of Latin America and other countries.

To become a member of the Marian Ministry, it is asked of all persons during the month of May to make their consecrations to the Virgin Mary. Currently, our ministry carries out an annual retreat for our spiritual growth. We serve in the liturgy when asked and we promote holy rosary prayerand are working to include more Marian festivities within our parishioner calendar as a way to include other countries and, in this way, reflect the beauty of our Mother the Virgin Mary. We hope and desire in our hearts to be servers of God as our Mother teaches us to say: “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.”

Nuestro ministerio tiene su historia ligada a los inicios de nuestra parroquia de la Santísima Trinidad; al unificarse las tres iglesias bajo la dirección del Padre Gary Graf, existían 3 grupos parroquiales que celebraban las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Bajo la dirección del Padre Daniel Harnet, se tomó la decisión de unir los tres grupos y formar el Ministerio Mariano que se encarga de servir en todas las celebraciones marianas con el pastor. Originalmente, dos de esas festividades incluían el día de la Virgen de Guadalupe y el de la Virgen de la Candelaria, así como el de la Virgen de Tonatico.

El Padre Miguel Orzua trabaja con los diferentes grupos para unificar la Pastoral Mariana y servir a nuestra comunidad de una manera diferente. Fue en esos años que se abrió la capilla de la Virgen María que actualmente se encuentra en la Sagrada Familia, donde también se realizan diversas advocaciones a nuestra Santa Madre de América Latina y otros países.

Para ser miembro del Ministerio Mariano, se pide a todas las personas que durante el mes de mayo hagan sus consagraciones a la Virgen María. Actualmente, nuestro ministerio lleva a cabo un retiro anual para nuestro crecimiento espiritual. Servimos en la liturgia cuando es requerido, se promueve el rezo del Santo Rosario y se trabaja para incluir más festividades marianas dentro de nuestro calendario parroquial como una forma de hacer partícipes a otros países y, de esta manera, reflejar la belleza de nuestra Madre la Virgen María. Esperamos y deseamos en nuestros corazones ser servidores de Dios como nuestra Madre nos enseña a decir: "He aquí la esclava del Señor; hágase en mí según tu palabra".
